5. Payments and Invoicing

A deposit may be required before project commencement.

All prices are quoted in AUD and may be subject to GST if applicable.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

Digital services, once delivered, are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we aim to deliver high-quality services, BF Design shall not be liable for:

Errors or downtime caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domain registrars)
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the affected service.
8. Client Responsibilities

Review and approve work promptly

Ensure they have appropriate rights to any content they provide (e.g., images, logos, copy)
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay project timelines and increase costs.
9. Revisions & Approvals
We offer a limited number of revisions as outlined in each proposal. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final approval must be confirmed in writing before launch or publication.
10. Third-Party Tools & Services
Our services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, plugins). We are not responsible for their performance, updates, or terms of use. Clients are subject to the terms of those third parties.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any service or project if:
